Video Tours
Cinematic Walkthroughs
Three recent tours, shot in Etowah and Cleveland. Each pairs interior motion with a drone opener, so a buyer sees the setting before they see the front door. Video is edited and delivered in the same 24 to 48 hours as the stills.

Virtual Staging
Empty Rooms, Furnished From the Photos

Staged images are delivered with their unstaged originals. See the virtual staging service for before-and-after pairs.
The Range Matters More Than the Highlight Reel
A portfolio of nothing but new construction is easy to shoot and tells an agent very little. What's here on purpose is the spread: a farmhouse kitchen with painted cabinets and a brick backsplash, a cottage with a teal door at dusk, a brick porch home lit from inside at twilight, a bathroom that needed the window glass to hold its detail, and a staged living space where the sightline through to the kitchen was the whole point. Older homes near a courthouse square do not photograph like a subdivision build, and neither one photographs like forty acres.
The aerials cover the same spread, from a single house with a fenced pool to a golf course community, a river crossing under a wooded ridge, and a rural subdivision where the lots only make sense from above. If your listing looks like none of these, that is normal, and it is worth a conversation rather than a guess. See where we shoot on the service areas page, or get in touch about your property.
