Virtual Staging for East Tennessee Listings
Empty rooms are hard for buyers to picture living in. Virtual staging furnishes one room or the whole home from the listing photos we already shot, so a vacant property shows as a home instead of a floor plan. No furniture rental, no delivery truck, no second visit.
Why Stage Virtually
Vacant Listings, Shown Lived-In
Help Buyers Picture the Room
Empty rooms photograph small and cold. Furniture gives a buyer scale and purpose: this is the living room, and yes, a sectional fits.
Stage One Room or the Whole Home
Pick the rooms that sell the house, from the living room and primary bedroom to that empty bonus room, or stage every photo in the set.
Show More Than One Use
The same empty room can be staged as a game room and again as a playroom, so buyers with different plans each see themselves in it.
Nothing to Move In or Out
Staging is added to the photos from your shoot. Nothing is delivered to the house and nothing has to be picked up before closing.
Before and After
The Same Room, Ready to Show
Every staged photo is delivered alongside its unstaged original, so you can identify virtual staging in the listing the way your MLS requires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which rooms can be staged?
Any empty room: living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, bonus rooms, home offices, and covered porches. Stage a single hero room or the whole set.
Do I need a separate shoot?
No. Virtual staging is applied to the HDR photos from your listing shoot. Add it when you book, or after the photos are delivered.
How much does it cost?
Current pricing is on our booking page at media.e10media.com/order, where you can add virtual staging to any shoot.
Does the listing have to say the photos are staged?
Most MLSs require it. Check your board's rules; you receive the unstaged original with every staged photo, so disclosure is straightforward.
What areas do you cover?
